The farm has been held in the same family for over 200 years. This Finca has an emphasis on sustainable agriculture, with an ongoing program of reforestation. It also employees over 250 locals full time. There is a medical centre and school with around 180 students in primary and secondary education.

For all orders we charge a FLAT FEE of $10 to ship Australia-wide
Taxes & Duties
All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Online Return Policy
We will provide an Exchange or Refund for full priced items purchased online providing that:
The goods are in a saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
The goods have not been used, damaged or washed
The goods are returned within 14 days from the date received
We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods.
To request a refund or exchange please email hello@kiosk404.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange
We will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.
Once a Refund has been approved, your refund will be credited for the original amount paid using the original payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item, where we will refund you in full.
Please Note
We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food, coffee beans.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on cosmetic and personal care products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.
We also do not accept returns of personalised, made-to-order or custom-made products, sale items or on gift cards unless faulty.
Faulty Items
We will offer a full refund on faulty items at the discretion of our customer service team.
